When I wanted to introduce the concept of “INDIVIDUAL GARMENT QUALITY CONTROL” in my company, I had to face the resistance from my co-workers and employees.
In fact, it takes a lot more time to accurately check garment, checking one garment from every 10 and checking it.
I’m well aware! But what if I asked you what damage it would cause your business shipping your garment to the end customer with an obvious flaw to the leather or fabric?
You’d probably imagine huge damage to the image of your brand and your business: an error like that nowadays must avoided.
To protect you from that, I put the people with the most experience and the most knowledge of the materials in to the quality control department for
- packaging defects
- material defects
- colour defects
- defects on accessories
Not only did the staff is able to detect defects and report it with a note placed on the garment. Very often, it can happen that the staff can correct any small bi-colouration defects or leather defects, thereby being able of make your garment perfect and shippable, thereby avoiding you from having to change items.
If you want to sleep peacefully, avoid checking “samples”. Why don’t you protect yourself from possible errors which can really be costly.
